Martyn brings over 30 years of experience in the food industry as a Food Technologist, Microbiologist, and skilled Cheesemaker. Lynne, a savvy businesswoman with 25 years of experience, adds her entrepreneurial flair to the mix. Together, they purchased a property in Waimate—a charming town in New Zealand’s South Island—where they brought their vision to life. At Whitehorse Cheese, Martyn and Lynne are always dreaming up new ways to excite your palate and turn every cheese purchase into a memorable experience.
