About Us
Whitehorse Cheese comes from the introduction of two vastly different people. Martyn who has been involved in the food industry for 30 years. A Food Technologist, Microbiologist and Cheese Maker. Lynne businesswomen of 25 years. Together they bought a property in Waimate a small south island town and developed Whitehorse Cheese. Martyn and Lynne are always coming up with ways to tantalize your taste buds and make your cheese purchases an experience.

Christmas Fundraiser
For over 30 years, the Bone Marrow Cancer Trust has supported thousands of patients and their whānau who must leave their homes for lifesaving treatment at Christchurch Hospitals. This Christmas, Whitehorse Cheese is proud to support Ranui House with a special fundraising initiative. For every $50 cheese box purchased, we will donate $10 directly to Ranui House to help provide comfort, care, and a home-away-from-home for families during some of their toughest moments.
